We're merging our webshop, Hip&Chic , with Chic by Lirette to serve you even better. From now on, you'll have a central location for all your purchases, customer service, and fast deliveries at chicbylirette.com .
Good to know: this isn't an acquisition. We're joining forces under one name and platform, with the same team, the same style, and the trusted service you've come to expect. This way, we can continue to grow and inspire you even more.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY ACCOUNT?
Don't worry! Have you placed an order with Hip&Chic before? Simply log in with the email address you used with Hip&Chic. You'll receive a unique code at that email address, allowing you to log in immediately. You'll receive a new code each time you log in. Creating a password isn't necessary (and isn't possible).
HOW DO I LOG IN TO CHIC BY LIRETTE?
1. Click on the 'Log in' account icon at the top right.
2. Log in with your email address.
3. You'll receive a unique code at that email address, which you can use to log in immediately. You'll receive a new code each time you log in. Creating a password isn't necessary (and isn't possible).
HOW DO I RETURN MY HIP&CHIC ORDER?
You can recognize a Hip&Chic order by the 10-digit order number, starting with 1211. You can register this return here .
Please note! This is a different portal than the one for Chic by Lirette orders. If you click on the Chic by Lirette portal, your order number will not be recognized.
All orders are subject to the same exchange and return conditions .

HOW FAST DO YOU SHIP?
Within 1 business day: More than 98% of our orders are delivered the next business day after dispatch. During busy periods at the post office, this delivery time may not always be feasible. In such cases, you will receive your order within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS OF MY ORDER?
For security reasons, you cannot change your delivery address after you have placed your order.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Check the latest updates by following the link in your shipping email. You can also log into your account and find the status of your order under "Orders".
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?
You will receive free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over €50, with PostNL or DHL. For orders under €50 we charge €3.95 shipping costs.
For deliveries to most EU countries, shipping is free for orders over €99. For specific rates and delivery times for your country, please see the table at the bottom of this page.
CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You can always find the status of your order(s) under "Orders" in your account. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can track the shipment.
Haven't received anything after 3 business days, even though your order is listed as "shipped"? Check the status of your shipment via the tracking link. Is something wrong? Please contact the shipping company or let us know. We'll contact them for you. Our customer service is available Monday through Friday, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, by email .
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
If you are not at home during the delivery attempt, PostNL will come by again at a later time to deliver your package. If you are not at home the second time, your package will be delivered to the nearest collection point or post office. You can pick it up there by showing your ID.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
You can return items within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. Make sure you always register your return here first.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS OF MY ORDER?
If you choose your own shipping method, please use the correct warehouse address:
Hip&Chic, Hoogendijk 2C, 2952 AE Alblasserdam.
Returns to our office address will not be accepted, and the costs for forwarding are at your own expense. Always register your return first via the link .
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR A RETURN?
The items must be unworn, clean, unwashed and undamaged. In addition, all price tags and original packaging must be intact. Your return must be received by us within 14 days of request. If the conditions are not met, your return will be refused.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We do not offer a direct exchange service. If you want to exchange an item, place a new order and then return your previous order. If both items are not to your liking, you can return them together. Please state this clearly in your return request.
WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK AFTER A RETURN?
You will receive your refund within 30 days of receiving your return, provided the item meets the return conditions.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM?
Did you accidentally receive the wrong item? Please email customer@chicbylirette.com , and we'll be happy to resolve it for you.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER?
If an item is missing, please send your order number and the missing item to customer@chicbylirette.com and we will assist you further.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT?
Received damaged items? Please let us know at customer@chicbylirette.com , including your order number, the damaged item, and a description of the damage. We're happy to help.
