HOW FAST DO YOU SHIP?
Within 1 business day: More than 98% of our orders are delivered the next business day after dispatch. During busy periods at the post office, this delivery time may not always be feasible. In such cases, you will receive your order within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS OF MY ORDER?
For security reasons, you cannot change your delivery address after you have placed your order.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?
You will receive free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over €50, with PostNL or DHL. For orders under €50 we charge €3.95 shipping costs.
For deliveries to most EU countries, shipping is free for orders over €99. For specific rates and delivery times for your country, please see the table at the bottom of this page.
CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You can always find the status of your order(s) under "Orders" in your account. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to track the shipping status.
Have you not received anything after 3 business days while your order is listed as 'shipped'? Check the status of your shipment via the tracking link. Is something wrong? Please contact the shipping company or let us know. We will then contact them for you. Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday, from 09:30 to 17:30, via e- mail .
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
If you are not at home during the delivery attempt, PostNL will come by again at a later time to deliver your package. If you are not at home the second time, your package will be delivered to the nearest collection point or post office. You can pick it up there by showing your ID.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
You can return items within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. Make sure you always register your return here first.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS OF MY ORDER?
If you choose your own shipping method, please use the correct warehouse address:
Hip&Chic, Hoogendijk 2C, 2952 AE Alblasserdam.
Returns to our office address will not be accepted, and the costs for forwarding are at your own expense. Always register your return first via the link .
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR A RETURN?
The items must be unworn, clean, unwashed and undamaged. In addition, all price tags and original packaging must be intact. Your return must be received by us within 14 days of request. If the conditions are not met, your return will be refused.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We do not offer a direct exchange service. If you want to exchange an item, place a new order and then return your previous order. If both items are not to your liking, you can return them together. Please state this clearly in your return request.
WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK AFTER A RETURN?
You will receive your refund within 30 days of receiving your return, provided the item meets the return conditions.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM?
Have you accidentally received the wrong item? Please send an email to customer@hipenchic.nl and we will be happy to resolve it for you.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER?
If an item is missing, please send your order number and the missing item to customer@hipenchic.nl and we will help you further.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT?
Received items that are damaged? Please let us know via customer@hipenchic.nl , and include your order number, the damaged item and a description of the damage. We will be happy to help you further.
