HOW FAST DO YOU SHIP?

Within 1 business day: More than 98% of our orders are delivered the next business day after dispatch. However, during busy periods for the postal service, this delivery time may not always be feasible. In such cases, you will receive your order within 2 to 3 business days.
Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS OF MY ORDER?

For security reasons, you cannot change your delivery address after you have placed your order.

HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST MY ORDER?

At Chic by Lirette, you receive free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €50, with PostNL or DHL. For orders under €50, we charge €3.95 shipping.
For deliveries to most EU countries, shipping is free on orders over €99. For specific rates and delivery times for your country, please see the table at the bottom of this page.

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

You can always find the status of your order(s) under "Orders" in your account. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can track the shipment.
Haven't received anything after 3 business days, even though your order is listed as "shipped"? Check the status of your shipment via the tracking link. Is something wrong? Please contact the shipping company or let us know. We'll contact them for you. Our customer service is available Monday through Friday, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, by email .

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME DURING MY ORDER'S DELIVERY?

If you're not home when the delivery attempt is made, PostNL will try again later to deliver your package. If you're not home the second time, your package will be delivered to the nearest collection point or post office. You can pick it up there by showing your ID.
