At Chic by Lirette, you can return items within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason, via the button below.
Returning is easy via our returns portal. The costs of €3.95 will be deducted from your refund.

Returns are processed through our returns portal.
If you choose your own shipping method, the shipping costs will be entirely at your own expense. Please use the correct warehouse address. Returns to our office address will not be accepted, and forwarding costs will be at your own expense. The return address is Hip&Chic, Hoogendijk 2C, 2952 AE Alblasserdam. Always register your return first via the button above.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items are unworn, clean, unwashed, and undamaged.

All price tags and original packaging are intact.

We must receive your return within 14 days of your request.

If you use our return portal, €3.95 return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Upon receipt, we will inspect the return. If the conditions are not met, the return will be refused.

WANT TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Place a new order and then return your previous order. Are neither items to your liking? You may return them together. Please clearly state this in your return request.

WHEN WILL MY MONEY BE REFUNDED?

Within 30 days of receiving your return, we will refund the purchase amount, minus €3.95 return costs, provided the item meets the return conditions.

Missing item? Email us your order number and the missing item at customer@chicbylirette.com .

Received a damaged item? Please let us know at customer@chicbylirette.com and include your order number, the item, and a description of the damage. We're happy to help.
