Content & Marketing Coordinator
Welcome to the fashion brand Chic by Lirette!
Chic by Lirette is a brand for women who like to dress stylishly, feminine and colourfully. The collections are refined, chic and recognisable by their distinctive prints and natural earth tones. Every year Lirette carefully designs a new collection, inspired by her travels to exotic destinations. The clothing is complemented by matching jewellery that completes the style.
What are you going to do?
As Content & Marketing Coordinator you help shape the image of Chic by Lirette. You work in a small team, in which you are independently responsible for the daily marketing activities, the management of digital content and the contact with our online community.
Your main tasks:
Content management and product optimization
You check and optimize product information on the website and sales platforms, ensure up-to-date texts and an attractive visual presentation.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Metatexts
You ensure that the website and products are easily found in search engines by optimizing pages and writing relevant meta texts.
Social media channel management
You manage the social media channels of Chic by Lirette, schedule messages, create stories and monitor the visual and content line of the brand.
Customer service and community support
You answer customer questions via email and social media and provide customer-oriented input, including in the case of returns or reviews.
Influencer marketing
You find suitable influencers, maintain contact, provide collaboration packages and guide campaigns from start to finish. You collect images, monitor progress and analyze results.
Showroom and office support
You provide support behind the scenes where necessary, coordinate showroom appointments and contribute to the styling of the space, so that it fully matches the Chic by Lirette brand experience.
Production and design support
You support the production process of the collection, from communication with suppliers to preparing deliveries and fitting samples.
Who are you?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and independent colleague with an affinity for women's fashion, who naturally brings structure and thinks proactively. You feel at home in a versatile function in which you work both creatively and accurately. You like to work with products that you would wear yourself.
- Has at least completed a higher professional education and has a comparable working and thinking level.
- Takes initiative and works independently
- Are you customer-oriented, structured and have good communication skills?
- Switches effortlessly between different tasks and digital systems
- Has an excellent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Experience with social media, content management and/or influencer marketing (preferred)
- Preferably have experience with search engine optimization and platforms such as Shopify and Klaviyo
What do we offer?
- Salary: €1,700 – €2,300 gross per month (based on 24–32 hours per week)
- Vacation days: 12 to 16 days, depending on the number of hours
- Contract: fixed term, with the prospect of permanent employment if performance is satisfactory
- Flexibility: with 32 hours, one day of working from home can be discussed

Lirette gets her inspiration from exotic destinations and combines vibrant prints with calm and natural earth tones.
Job description
We are looking for a structured and independent E-commerce & Operations Coordinator . In this role you are responsible for managing our online orders, inventory management and the administrative processes around logistics and invoicing. You play an essential role in the daily operations and ensure that everything runs smoothly on our sales platforms.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with the following competencies:
- You have at least completed a higher professional education and have a comparable working and thinking level.
- You have a strong focus on customer and service orientation and think commercially.
- You work accurately, independently and have a proactive attitude.
- You have experience with e-commerce and order processing.
- You are proficient in Excel; knowledge of e-commerce systems is a plus.
- You switch effortlessly between different tasks and know how to prioritize.
- You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, both verbal and written.

About us
Chic by Lirette is a Dutch brand that is sold in 13 countries in Europe. The annual collection of dresses, skirts and jumpsuits is characterized by colorful prints and is complemented with jewelry. In addition to sales to stores, the brand is also sold via its own webshop Hip&Chic, via Zalando and via The Udaya Store on Bol.com. A versatile company, located in Heemstede, where a small team works together enthusiastically.
What are you going to do?
We would like you to help analyze, optimize and market the Chic by Lirette brand through its online channels. The focus is on e-commerce activities such as optimizing content on online marketplaces, filling the webshop and creating and creating content for social media. In addition, you support customer service activities.
Additional information
- There is room for an internship assignment, please indicate in advance how much time you want to spend on this.
- We will discuss the number of days and hours in the office and from home in consultation.
- Are you doing well and are you enjoying yourself? If there is mutual enthusiasm, there is the possibility of staying after your internship. For this reason, we prefer interns who are in their final year and who also want to work at a fashion company afterwards.
