Lirette gets her inspiration from exotic destinations and combines vibrant prints with calm and natural earth tones.

Job description

We are looking for a structured and independent E-commerce & Operations Coordinator . In this role you are responsible for managing our online orders, inventory management and the administrative processes around logistics and invoicing. You play an essential role in the daily operations and ensure that everything runs smoothly on our sales platforms.

  • Customer Service
  • Check and manage inventory and orders across platforms
  • Processing returns
  • Creating and checking purchase orders
  • Process and check invoices
  • Manage Shipments
  • Checking and processing backorders
  • Check, manage and digitally replenish warehouse stock
  • Evaluating shipping costs and other logistics optimizations
Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with the following competencies:

  • You have at least completed a higher professional education and have a comparable working and thinking level.
  • You have a strong focus on customer and service orientation and think commercially.
  • You work accurately, independently and have a proactive attitude.
  • You have experience with e-commerce and order processing.
  • You are proficient in Excel; knowledge of e-commerce systems is a plus.
  • You switch effortlessly between different tasks and know how to prioritize.
  • You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, both verbal and written.

  • A salary as an employee or on a self-employed basis
  • 10 days of vacation (for a 16-hour employment contract per week)
  • Fixed-term contract with the prospect of a permanent contract if performance is satisfactory
  • Free parking at the office
  • Flexible working arrangements, preferably 4 mornings a week at the office in Heemstede. After the induction period, it is also possible to work from home 1 morning a week in consultation. This is negotiable.
  • A varied position within an informal and creative working environment in Bulb Spaces in Heemstede
  • You can start right away! The starting date is of course in consultation.
